Jeannie gets to know the Beach Owner and learns the owner’s goals. She will be honest about the market and if the Beach Owner will be ‘On the Market’ or IN the Market’ – it’s all about position and exposure. Pricing may not always be the same as the seller wants or needs, wishes to get or needs to get. And, pricing may not always be in line with a private appraisal or tax assessment. It may be different than what your neighbor’s price was when they sold. She will explain being ahead of the market vs. chasing the market. Jeannie knows our beach market and will suggest a realistic price to get showings, an agent buzz, visits online and ultimately getting it sold!
